Guided Journey & Meditation

4/23/00 It is important that before going on with this guided journey that you have already achieved a deep state of relaxation and are in a meditative state of awareness. It is a good idea to be sure that you will have no interruptions and that you have a pen and paper on your lap. We recommend that you sit up when you take this journey. This Intro Relaxation Meditation MP3 file is to be used as preparation for the specific topic presented this month. It is intended to help you achieve a deep, but conscious level of awareness. These journeys combine deep meditative awareness with some mild cognizant functions in order to process the information presented from the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual perspectives. The use of symbols and images assist you in creating the essence of the energy it represents. Everyone has one of their extra sense perceptions developed more than others -- clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient -- use whichever works best for you to capture the information during the journeys. It is best to go with the first responses that you receive when calling forth this information, release judgment and the need to change or correct what you receive; you can analyze it later. All theses journeys should be taken with the presence of your Higher Self and surrounded by White Light. Intro Relaxation Meditation (6 min.) Discovering

Relax around the house or go out and be with nature. It is not recommended that take this exploration until you have the right space available to do it in. Relaxation Step 4 -- After you finish, you can add additional notes or drawings to your journal. Spend several hours in silence reflecting on your experiences. You can take this journey again, if you decide it would be helpful. Although the first time is usually the most powerful and effective. File #2 is just the music, which you can work with under your own guided direction and focus more in certain areas of the journey. You can work with the music file whenever you feel yourself shifting away from your purpose as it will reinforce the experience. MEDITATION I have unlimited physical energy to accomplish my purpose. I embody all the creativity I need to actualize my purpose. I am strong and empowered in my commitment to life my life in alignment with my purpose. My purpose is connected to the highest good for all of humanity. I express myself easily in complete alignment with my higher purpose. I clearly see the steps I need to take in order to attain my highest visions. I am always connected to my Higher Self and to The Source of All That Is.
