hen most people consider consulting a psychic, they often want to know information about the future outcome of a given situation. Generally these questions are related to money, career and relationships. The reader must tune into a probable reality to receive this information. This is just what they are - probable realities. You live in cosmic sea of probabilities at all times. The way you think and act in the present, along with the karmic threads and karmic debts that you carry with you, is what determines your outcomes in any given situation. However, once a being awakens to the power of the Light and allows this Light to enter their being, they begin to take responsibility for everything that is occurring in their life -- good and bad. They are now able to see the divine teachings present in every event.

The power of the mind, when it is NOT controlled by the conscious awareness of the owner, receives suggestions every second of the day about how it should think, act or respond -- impulse. The individual is nothing more than a puppet controlled and programmed by an out of control, chaotic mind. When a being develops awareness and becomes conscious about the events that are taking place around them, they can decide what information to allow in and what information to eliminate. Thus, they become responsible for their life and everything that takes place within it. They no longer require someone to tell them the answers to their questions about probable outcomes, they know that they have the power to create the outcome based on the thoughts and actions they project. They are now able to consciously manifest the life that is in alignment with their dreams, based on their sincere intent and the impeccability of their actions.

Once a being awakens and begins to see their life not as a victim of some pre-determined destiny, but as one who has control of the outcomes, then they require spiritual guidance to assist them to move forward on their path of enlightenment. The difference here is that the information is no longer based in prophecies or probabilities. Being psychic does not necessarily coincide with being evolved spiritually. Spiritual guidance is based on following certain spiritual principles that assist the individual to examine some deep inner truths about themselves and their actions in order to create their desired outcome and to live their dreams. This guidance is based on a psychic intuitive awareness of the person who is doing the reading, but it is filtered through a high level of personal spiritual, emotional and psychological development to bring forth the information that will ultimately assist the person to move into a higher level of Light. Again, empowering the individual to be responsible for their life and ALL that is taking place around them. Most people are not willing to own everything that takes place around them, as there are many unpleasant things taking place in their reality. As long as someone is not willing to own their life completely, they will continue to remain a victim and be subject to the unconscious influences that also surround this lower level of consciousness.

Spiritual Guidance can confirm information that an individual may be receiving from their own Higher Self, but because they may not be totally connected or emotionally involved, they are unable to really allow that information to be perceived or understood as a clear truth. A spiritual guide that points toward the same information can then delve deeper into the situations that may be surrounding the issues of why a person may not be able to totally trust the guidance received. Even those who would consider themselves advanced on the spiritual path, still from time to time, need a little outside confirmation from another connected being to see if their information is coming through clearly. This added confirmation from an outside source can sometimes be just the encouragement someone needs in taking that next step. Spiritual readings are more interactive and encourages the person being read to participate in the learning process. It is not a process where you should try to test your reader by giving incorrect information or trying to be vague. It should be considered counseling or therapy which involves a two-way interaction.

The other difference that may be experienced between these two types of guidance is that spiritual guidance can, at times, be harsh and more direct. The goal is to help the person evolve to a higher level and sometimes the person needs to take responsibility for the situations that are currently being experienced. It can awaken dormant emotions, which can be very painful or can also release waves of anger. These emotions, if processed appropriately, can be used to initiate a healing process in an area that was once considered a block. If one is sincerely following a spiritual path, then they must take responsibility for the good and the bad that is occurring in their life. Not to mention some of the negative scenarios that they may have committed in a past lifetime. At some point, during one's spiritual path, a conscious effort must be made to clear out the old karmic debts that still exist within our energetic field. In addition, the awakened individual will at some point begin to understand how they have created the negative karma and will learn how to stop creating anymore.

If you can fully grasp the concept that you have lived numerous times before this one and that in order for you to even be looking at spiritual guidance as an option in your life right now, you will understand that you have had to experience many negative and probably despicable acts, both as the perpetrator and the victim. We cannot know the beauty and joy of our connection to the Divine without first knowing the opposite -- Hell. If you can accept that you were once a bad person, capable of some of the worse acts of mankind, then you can learn to accept some of the negative stages of growth that you must go through in order to clear some of your karmic debts. The best way to get through these situations is to accept that you have responsibility for creating the negative situation you are currently involved in, maybe you are not conscious of the past events that led to the karmic debt, but learn to trust in the divine principles of the Universe. Spend time in meditation to contemplate the lesson the Universe is trying to get you to completely understand by having you experience this pain or frustration, bring forth the Light and the power of your Higher Self and ask for wisdom in moving beyond the situation. You will need to infuse the vibrations of Love and Forgiveness in order to really clear this experience from your energy field. Spiritual guidance will help you to see some of these situations and offer you solutions to clearing and moving onward to a more positive future destiny.
