Find a quiet space where you can be alone with your thoughts for at least an hour. Review the following questions carefully, think over each one for several minutes before going on to the next. Answering Yes to as many of these questions indicate that you are steadily moving towards becoming a more evolved being of Light. If you find yourself answering No or Sometimes, then these are areas that you might want to take time to examine more deeply. Ask yourself what changes you could make in your life to move to a more expanded state of consciousness.

Do you always look for the good or positive in ALL situations that you are involved in and do you act in a loving way towards others based on these observations?
