Attain a mild meditative state and let your mind drift in a relaxed state of reverie. . . ask for your Higher Self to be present to assist you in understanding the higher perspective contained within these questions and answers. There are no right or wrong answers, just become aware of what your thoughts are regarding this subject.

Start this process by thinking about what having a mission means. Do you feel that everyone is on a mission of some kind? What types of missions are there?

Why do you feel that you are here now to accomplish a mission? In what way are you aware that a special mission is an important part of your life? What are your sincere reasons for wanting to commit yourself to a mission?

Why is it important that you have a mission at all?
Having a mission is not for everyone. Being a part of a mission can be a prelude to someday having your own.

How does you mission support your purpose? Do you feel clear about your purpose this lifetime and how close are you to living your life in alignment with your purpose all of the time? If not all of the time, what percentage of your time is dedicated towards actualizing these goals?
This means that all your decisions are made in complete alignment with your higher purpose and that you are empowered to make your own choices regarding your path.

How do you know your lower ego isn't directing your desire to take on a mission? Examine what motivates you to follow this path of action. Close your eyes and see yourself living your dream, what are your thoughts (higher and lower) behind the scenes in relation to being in that reality?

In viewing your dream, examine what your lower ego might perceive as sacrifices in order to manifest your desires? Are you willing to make those sacrifices? In listing these sacrifices, determine which are real needs and which are illusions. Are there other people in your life right now that would be supportive in making these sacrifices so that you could do your mission. If not, where do you see potential problems arising as you move forward on your path?

Your family, friends & spouses will be directly effected by your choice to follow a specific path. Are you strong enough to stay committed when they try to pull you in other directions? Are you willing to let them go in Love and Light if that is what it takes to follow your path?

What people have you allowed in your life that in one way or another seem to sabotage your mission? Can these issues be resolved so that you are empowered in these interactions? What do you need to change in your attitude or responses to these people to transcend the limiting results of these encounters? How much reinforcement do you need from others to do your work?

Currently, do you have family responsibilities that require you to live by certain societal rules as opposed to following a higher spiritual path? If so, what changes are you willing to make to shift some of these challenges.

If you are in the beginning of a relationship and already know that you have a mission to accomplish, have you been honest and open with your mate regarding the potentials of your future path?

How much do you live your life in the flow as opposed to time frames and schedules? What would your life be like if you did live in the flow all of the time? Take some time to visualize what that would be like. Do you have the discipline and focus developed to live a creative lifestyle and still be productive?

Do you feel you are the key person or one of the key personalities in the mission or a supporting player in the larger picture? Examine where you may be now and where you see your personal growth and evolution in the future.

Are you a born leader? Have people always looked up to you as a leader? Are you more comfortable following another mission and do you accept this as an empowering position?

What skills and talents do you consider yourself to have an above average competency level? Do you currently have master level skills or are you certain that you will develop mastery within your lifetime?

What skills and talents do you need to develop further in order to actualize your mission? How much time and effort do you put forth to develop these abilities?

If you had unlimited financial abundance, optimal health, unlimited time to accomplish a mission, how would you utilize this freedom?

If you have a clear mission in mind -- more forward in time to the successful accomplishment of this mission -- how would you be living your life? What would a typical day, week or month be like for you?

If you are clear on your mission, what other people with the necessary skills do you need to manifest in your reality in order to actualize your plans?

If you plan to join a mission that is already in progress, what do you want that mission to be involved in? What types of events, activities, social causes, specific industries or technologies, etc.?

What is most important to you in joining a project, prior to committing yourself to a specific mission?

How close are you to living your dreams now?
This doesn't mean that you have everything you want in your life right now, but that you sincerely know all you are doing is in exact alignment with those dreams and that you are moving forward in a continuous upward spiral. You life will be full of synchronicities, which you act upon and the Universe will have gifted you several times in ways that clearly indicate to you that you are on the right path.

How much time do you currently waste in trivial activities and events that do not contribute to your higher path? Draw a pie chart dividing your time up into sections of work, mission, household management, spiritual development, talent/skill development, trivial activities -- how does this look to you and do you need to make any changes to accommodate your higher goals.

Draw out a timeline for your life starting with your birth. Look at the various phases of your life and decide what each one's importance was or is going to be in actualizing your life's work. Take this through to your final transition phase.

Project your imagination into the actualization of this vision. Believe in your ability to manifest your dreams and they will be made real, in Love and in Light.
